After my talk to the AARP Group in Coral Gables one of the ladies told me - I was telling my friend, "Just look at what she is doing at her age.  And I bet she has the same health problems, the aches and pains that we have, but look at her and what she does!"

Thank you for writing the book - it was a great surprise birthday present to my husband.
